Please prepare you presentation in Microsoft Office 2007 compatible format (*.pptx, *.ppsx) and older (*.ppt, *.pps). We also support OpenDocument Presentation (*.odp). If you are not capable of saving your presentation in one of those formats you might also use Adobe PDF (*.pdf) or Adobe Flash (*.swf). You can also use HTML based presentation (*.htm, *.html).

We should be able to present any of your video and/or audio presentation but we suggest to use MPEG 4 part 2 (DivX, XviD) or MPEG 4 part 10 (X264, H.264) encoding for all the video files and MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3 (MP3) for audio files.

Please make sure that all content of your presentation is available offline because we can’t ensure the internet connection during your presentation.

To name your presentation file or files use Basic Latin characters (abcdef etc.) without your country specific characters and symbols (ěčšřДЛωφψøÖÕÃÐ etc. etc.).
